Job Summary

Advocate(Property Law) supports the legal team in matters relating to real estate and property transactions. The role involves legal research, document preparation, contract review, and assisting with compliance and due diligence related to property ownership, leasing, and conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on property and land law matters

Draft, review, and organize property-related legal documents (leases, sale agreements, deeds, licenses)

Assist with conveyancing and property transfer processes

Perform due diligence on land titles, ownership records, and encumbrances

Liaise with government offices, land registries, and external legal professionals

Maintain and update legal files and property records

Support dispute resolution and litigation preparation related to property matters

Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations
