Advocate [3-4 year exp] @ Pune

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth working in assisting and showcase eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities - assisting in

• Litigations in RERA, REAT
• Litigations in Civil Court, Registrars (Cooperative Society), Coop Court, etc.
• Researching regarding cases, drafting plaints, arguments
• Ancillary services relating to major land laws

Qualifications

• Law graduates with 3-4 years experience
• Preferably candidates opted for Land Laws subject
• Familiarity with Law and Land laws
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
• Good drafting and legal writing skills.
• Good knowledge of legal procedures and functioning of courts and tribunals.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
