Advocate (In-house)

We are hiring for Male in-house Advocates for our real estate & construction company - Neelesh Kanade Group.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Male candidates only. As a part of the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for attending hearings before Civil & Criminal Courts, Revenue Authorities, Co-operative Court, SRA and other Tribunals & forums, drafting applications, replies, affidavits etc., maintaining court calendar/dates and updating management.

Your role will also include assistance in handling legal documentation, drafting agreements, and reviewing contracts related to real estate transactions and attending Sub-Registrar Office for registration of documents.

3. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Law - LLB or BALLB

Enrollment as an Advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

4. Experience:

Min.- Fresher to 2 years +

Max.- Upto 5 years.

5. Additional Qualifications:

Prior experience or internship in real estate law is advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi.

6. Skills required:

Strong knowledge of real estate & revenue laws, property agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in legal documentation, drafting, and contract review.

Research skills with the ability to analyze legal frameworks.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Freshers too are welcomed who strong knowledge and understanding of the role.
