Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients providing legal advice and support
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various cases and issues
• Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and team members to develop effective strategies for clients
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Admission to the Bar is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Advocate
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the company's industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
