Hiring Advocate lawyer

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents, petitions, notices, agreements, and contracts
• Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and legal authorities
• Handling cases related to Civil / Criminal / Family / Corporate / Property / Labor Law (specify as required)
• Legal research and case preparation
• Client consultations and legal advice
• Coordinating with senior advocates and legal teams
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• LLB degree from a recognized university
• Enrollment with State Bar Council is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and court procedures
• Good drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle cases independently (for experienced candidates)
