About the Role

Iconic Properties is looking for an experienced Real Estate Advocate to manage property-related legal matters, provide legal advisory support, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drafting agreements, handling RERA matters, coordinating with legal authorities, and providing timely legal opinions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and vet commercial and residential property agreements (lease, sale, purchase, MOU, development agreements, etc.)
• Handle RERA-related documentation, filings, and compliance
• Provide legal advisory to management on real estate matters, property disputes, and statutory requirements
• Issue and respond to legal notices and coordinate with external legal bodies/authorities
• Conduct legal due-diligence for landowners, developers, and clients
• Maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws, property registrations, stamp duty, and relevant regulations
• Liaise with government departments, clients, and legal consultants as needed

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws & Regulations
• Experience in RERA procedures and filings
• Expertise in legal drafting
• Ability to offer legal advice on property matters
• Skilled in issuing legal notices and handling responses
• Experience with commercial & residential agreements
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and confidentially

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) – Mandatory
• Enrollment with State Bar Council
• Prior exposure to real estate or property legal work is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
