Advocate required

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocates to join our growing legal team. The role involves assisting in various legal matters, conducting research, drafting, and appearing before courts and authorities under the guidance of senior advocates. Suitable for both freshers and advocates with up to 2–3 years of experience.

• Assist senior advocates in handling litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as petitions, complaints, replies, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case laws, and precedents.
• Coordinate with clients, collect case-related information, and provide updates on case progress.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities for filing, hearing, and procedural work (as assigned).
• Maintain case files, prepare briefs, and ensure timely compliance with legal deadlines.
• Support in due diligence, property search reports, and title verification (if required).
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to case management and documentation.
