Advocate – Title Search.

Requirement Details:

• Position: Title Search
• Qualification: Advocate
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Title Search
• Geographical Exposure: Extensive experience in property title searches for Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
• Core Expertise: Well-versed with property laws, development regulations, and CIDCO-related matters
• Language Proficiency: English (mandatory – good command required), Marathi and Hindi
• Location: Fort, Mumbai / Belapur, Navi Mumbai
• Compensation: As per industry standards
• Joining Preference: Candidates available for early joining / with a short notice period are preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Making Title Search Report
• Conducting and reviewing Title Search Reports (TSR) for properties in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
• Reviewing property-related documents, CIDCO/MHADA/MIDC records, and revenue records
• Managing due diligence and legal verification related to immovable property
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reports
