Advocate / Trademark Attorney

1. Good IPR law knowledge

2. The candidate must have good research skills along with good communication and writing capabilities in English

3. The candidate is expected to take up responsibility in a dynamic work environment.

4. Ability to Maintain Timelines

5. Should provide both legal and technical advice.

6. Managing Trademark, Copyrights, Design and Patent application and Opposition and Litigation matters

7. Managing legal Notices, Reply and other Legal Correspondences

8. Good Legal Drafting skill

9. Time Management skill

10. Good Interpersonal skill

11. Computer Proficiency

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
