Advocates ( freshers& experienced)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Advocates (both freshers and experienced professionals) to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the practice of law. Candidates will be responsible for providing legal support, handling casework, and representing clients before various courts and authorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Freshers:

• Assist senior advocates in case preparation, research, and drafting.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Draft basic legal documents such as notices, petitions, replies, and case summaries.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and briefing sessions.
• Maintain case files and ensure proper documentation.
• Support senior lawyers in trial preparation and daily legal tasks.

For Experienced Advocates:

• Independently handle cases from drafting to final arguments.
• Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and other authorities.
• Draft complex legal documents including writ petitions, agreements, contracts, appeals, and pleadings.
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Manage client interactions, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
• Supervise junior advocates, interns, and support staff.
• Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to legal strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or integrated LL.B from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with the State Bar Council.
• Strong command over written and spoken English; knowledge of local language is an advantage.
• Good understanding of legal procedures and court processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
