AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to maximize store revenue.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, pricing accuracy, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cash handling procedures.
  • Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  • Manage scheduling, shift management, and ensure optimal staffing levels to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Monitor retail math metrics such as sales per square foot, inventory control, and shrinkage to optimize store performance.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, participating in hiring decisions, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Maintain organized records related to payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks for smooth store operations.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting store events, product launches, and community engagement activities.

Experience

  • Proven management experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused environment with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence both customers and team members effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee orientation, training & development programs.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, merchandising tools, and retail math calculations.
  • Skilled in recruiting processes including interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, budgeting principles, and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Previous experience in retail management roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor is preferred.

Pay: $38,283.89 - $43,680.00 per year
