Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AEM Sites development, component customization, integration, and performance optimization. The candidate should have deep knowledge of AEM architecture and experience delivering enterprise-scale digital experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
• Work on AEM Sites, Assets, and Touch UI
• Develop and maintain OSGi bundles and Sling Models
• Implement integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure and customize AEM Dispatcher
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Work closely with frontend teams (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks)
• Participate in deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines)
• Collaborate with architects and business teams for requirement analysis
• Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and coding standards

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service
• Expertise in Sling, OSGi, JCR, CRXDE
• Experience in HTL (Sightly), Servlets, Workflows
• Strong knowledge of Java, JSP
• Experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration
• Integration experience with REST APIs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
