Aesthetic Assistant / Medical Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)

Vita Aesthetics & Wellness is a growing medical aesthetics practice in Whittier, CA specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP treatments, and laser hair removal. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience to join our team as an Aesthetic Assistant.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments with clients. This role combines clinical support, patient care, and client communication, including helping prospective clients understand treatments and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Perform phlebotomy for PRP treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Educate patients about aesthetic treatments and pricing options
• Discuss services including Botox, Dysport, Letybo, dermal fillers (Juvederm & Restylane), microneedling, PRP, and laser hair removal
• Encourage treatment packages and upgrades when appropriate
• Contact prospective clients using our CRM system to explain services and schedule appointments
• Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up communication

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, and scheduling with patients
• Professional, welcoming, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous med spa or aesthetics clinic experience
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, and laser hair removal
• Experience with CRM systems or medical scheduling software
• Sales or upselling experience in healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
