Aesthetic Assistant (Medical Assistant/CNA)

We are looking for an experienced part time medical assistant to run daily operations in our aesthetics practice located in Denver. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and dedicated to helping our practice grow. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Your mission is to support the aesthetic nurse injector in delivering exceptional outcomes and exceptional experiences to every client. Schedule to start would be 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff with daily workflow in ways that optimize procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room. You clean and maintain proper working order for all equipment as well as prepare all materials and supplies needed for each appointment
• Create and maintain charts using electronic medical record system, photos, and patient documentation.
• Schedule and mange appointments
• Follow-up with clients after procedures
• Perform front desk duties (front and back office MA)
• Represent our practice in a professional manner at all times
• Selling memberships

Skills

• Proven 1 year of experience as a medical assistant
• Excellent team and individual work skills
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment; ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medical Spa Experience Preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
