Patient Coordinator (Sales Focus) – Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a results-driven Patient Coordinator with a strong sales mindset to join our growing aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

* Upsell and cross-sell aesthetic treatments and packages

* Build strong relationships with patients to drive retention and repeat business

* Coordinate closely with doctors to align treatments with patient needs

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales within an aesthetic clinic or healthcare industry

* Strong closing skills and confidence in handling objections

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

* Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

* Fluent in English and Arabic
