Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $180,000–$400,000 annually
Pay Structure: 25% of adjusted production

What We’re Looking For

• Active Tennessee dental license (DDS or DMD)
• Solid foundation in general dentistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to patient care and continuous learning
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-energy team
• 2+ years of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
