Job Summary
TréBella Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join the team. This role is responsible for delivering safe, precise, and natural-looking injectable treatments while creating an exceptional, relationship-driven client experience. The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, aesthetic judgement, and strong communication skills with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
This position is a base hourly wage + commission and incentives structure.
What You'll Do
- Perform neruromodulator and dermal filler treatments in alignment with TréBella protocols and aesthetic standards
- Deliver consistent, natural-looking results with a focus on facial harmony and long-term outcomes
- Maintain a high level of precision, safety, and professionalism in all treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations, including facial assessment and goal alignment
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s anatomy, lifestyle, and preferences
- Educate clients on services, timelines, pricing, and expected results
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage retention and long-term care
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance
- Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience consistent with the TréBella brand
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, charting, and photography
- Follow all regulatory, HIPAA, and scope-of-practice requirements
- Identify and manage complications within scope, escalating appropriately when needed
- Collaborate with aestheticians and front desk to ensure smooth client flow
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture
What We're Looking For
- Active RN, NP, PA, or other license in Idaho
- Experience with Botox / Dysport and dermal fillers (preferred, but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Sales-minded with the ability to educate and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow within a brand
