Aesthetic Injector

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing clinical team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while creating a luxury patient experience that fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgment with an artistic eye, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. This role operates with a high level of professionalism and autonomy while collaborating closely with leadership to support patient satisfaction, retention, and overall practice growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations & Treatment Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patient goals, concerns, and expectations
  • Review medical histories and assess patient candidacy for aesthetic treatments
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize safety, natural-looking outcomes, and long-term patient satisfaction
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care to ensure informed decision-making

Aesthetic Treatment Delivery

  • Administer botulinum toxin (Botox), dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables in accordance with clinical protocols and under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Perform advanced aesthetic procedures as appropriate, which may include laser treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures, and regenerative therapies within scope and training
  • Deliver treatments with precision, consistency, and a strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a patient-centered approach focused on safety, natural results, and overall aesthetic harmony
  • Support ongoing treatment plans and maintenance programs to optimize long-term outcomes

Patient Experience & Relationship Building

  • Create a welcoming, professional, and concierge-level experience for every patient
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and consistent follow-up care
  • Address patient concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy
  • Contribute to patient retention through exceptional clinical care and service experience

Documentation & Clinical Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes within the electronic medical record system
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable clinical standards
  • Follow all practice policies, treatment protocols, and safety procedures at all times

Inventory & Treatment Room Management

  • Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and management of medical products and supplies

Team Collaboration & Practice Growth

  • Collaborate effectively with providers, patient coordinators, aestheticians, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Support practice initiatives, events, educational opportunities, and promotional campaigns when appropriate
  • Contribute ideas that enhance patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall practice growth
  • Support ethical, education-based recommendations for additional treatments and services when clinically appropriate

Continuing Education & Professional Development

  • Stay current on aesthetic industry trends, products, techniques, and emerging technologies
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
  • Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications
  • Continuously refine clinical and consultation skills to support elevated patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license
  • Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and injectable treatments
  • Experience with laser treatments or advanced aesthetic devices preferred
  • Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Schedule

  • Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday appointments as needed

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
