Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetic Injector, where you will bring confidence and beauty to our clients through expert aesthetic treatments. This role combines artistry, precision, and exceptional customer care to deliver transformative results. As an integral part of our med spa or aesthetic practice, you will perform advanced cosmetic procedures, educate clients on treatment options, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while fostering lasting relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Duties

• Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures with precision and care.
• Perform skin rejuvenation treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Provide consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a sterile environment for all procedures.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa management software like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build client loyalty.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatment.
• Proven experience in med spa or aesthetic treatments, including facial injections and laser procedures.
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client records, and treatment schedules effectively.
• Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and confidently about procedures and aftercare.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within aesthetic settings.
• Ability to perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, barbering, or tattooing is a plus.
• Passion for customer service with a friendly approach that enhances guest experiences.
