About Euro Look Medical Spa

Euro Look Medical Spa is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Full-Time Aesthetic Injector to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who delivers beautiful, natural-looking results and understands how to build trust, create comprehensive treatment plans, and grow a loyal patient base.

We are a growth-focused, results-driven clinic. Our providers are expected to confidently consult, educate, and guide patients toward appropriate treatment plans that deliver strong clinical outcomes and long-term value.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand patient goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Build full-face and long-term treatment plans based on patient needs, safety, and realistic outcomes.
• Educate patients on packages, memberships, maintenance plans, and follow-up care.
• Use aesthetic devices and skin treatments, when trained and authorized, to improve patient outcomes.
• Deliver natural, high-quality results that support retention, referrals, and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, photos, consent forms, and treatment notes.
• Work closely with the front desk team to support scheduling, rebooking, and treatment plan follow-through.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance tracking.
• Uphold clinical protocols, safety standards, and Euro Look’s luxury patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Licensed RN, NP, or PA in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum 2 year of injectable experience required
• Strong consultation skills and confidence guiding patients through treatment decisions.
• Comfortable with performance goals aka KPI's, treatment plan recommendations, rebooking, and patient retention.
• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye.
• Professional, polished, ethical, and patient-focused.
• Positive, coachable, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Full-time availability.
• Some evenings and weekends required.

Preferred

• Experience with both injectables and aesthetic devices.
• Advanced training in full facial balancing.
• Experience with biostimulators, PRF/PRP, or advanced injectable techniques.
• Proven track record of strong production, retention, or consultation conversion.
• Interest in building a personal brand and contributing to clinic growth.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Some evenings and weekends required.
• Must have reliable availability and be committed to building a consistent patient schedule.
• This role is best suited for a provider who wants to grow with the clinic long-term.
