Aesthetic Injector ( NP or PA)

Dermabeauty Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our high-end, fast-growing practice in Calabasas. This is a performance-driven role for a confident provider who can deliver excellent results while also educating, recommending, and rebooking patients.

This provider will also be responsible for performing Good Faith Exams (GFEs) in compliance with California regulations.

We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and PRP. Our ideal candidate is skilled, professional, and motivated to grow within a high-revenue environment.

Duties

• Perform Good Faith Exams (GFEs) and medical clearances prior to treatment
• Administer neurotoxins (Xeomin/Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and natural results
• Conduct full-face consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and expected outcomes
• Confidently recommend services and ensure patient rebooking
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow all safety, aseptic, and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the team to support patient satisfaction and clinic growth
• Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, and industry standards
• Provide medical oversight and clinical direction for RN staff in accordance with California regulations
• Be available for clinical support, questions, and complication management

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in California
• Experience performing Good Faith Exams (GFE) preferred
• Proven experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
• Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred
• BLS certification required

Compensation

• $65–$75/hour base + performance bonuses
• High earning potential based on productivity
