We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Aesthetic Medical Representative / B2B Marketer to develop and manage relationships with medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and wellness centers. This role focuses on B2B sales, account management, and brand representation within the aesthetic medical space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical spas, dermatology practices, and other B2B partners
- Present and promote aesthetic medical products and services to healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct in-office presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Collaborate with internal marketing and clinical teams to support client success
- Stay current on aesthetic industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
- Represent the brand professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or aesthetic industry sales
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic medical market (injectables, devices, skincare, or treatments preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with medical professionals
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally
Preferred Experience
- Background in aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetic sales
- Existing network within the aesthetic or medical community
- Experience supporting clinic growth through marketing or business development
