About the Role
ReGenEDGE Medical is looking for an independent sales contractor to represent our regenerative aesthetic portfolio across Lafayette, Crawfordsville, Greencastle, and nearby communities.
You’ll build and own your book of business with med spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, and wellness practices. We provide the products, brand, training, and compliance infrastructure so you can focus on high‑value clinical relationships and revenue.
Area of Focus
- Primary cities: Lafayette, West Lafayette, Crawfordsville, Greencastle, Frankfort, Lebanon
- Region: Tippecanoe, Montgomery, Putnam, Boone and surrounding counties
- Market: Growing aesthetic demand with a tight‑knit provider community where local relationships compound quickly
What You’ll Do
- Develop Area of Focus: Identify and prioritize aesthetic and clinical practices
- Prospect & sell: Schedule meetings and present regenerative aesthetic solutions
- Educate providers: Lead clinical‑style conversations about PRP, PRFM, and exosomes in aesthetic applications (training provided)
- Manage pipeline: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and active accounts
- Support accounts: Ensure providers have what they need—product education, positioning language, and follow‑through after the sale

What You Bring
- Lives in the area of focus with real ties to the local community
- Experience selling complex clinical solutions (aesthetic, pharma, medical device, biotech, dental, or other long‑cycle clinical sales) OR
- Clinical background (RN, NP, PA, aesthetic provider) ready to step into a partnership‑style sales role
- Entrepreneur mindset: You treat this like your own business—self‑driven, organized, and accountable
- Strong professional reputation: Comfortable walking into physician offices and being known in the market
- Comfort with clinical conversations around regenerative aesthetics—or the drive to learn quickly
- Reliable follow‑through: Providers can count on you to do what you say you’ll do
Compensation
- Structure: 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor

If you need a guaranteed salary base, this role will not be the right fit.
Estimated earnings: $40,000–$120,000+ per year, depending on area of focus development and performance.
