Position Overview

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who’s ready to build a long-term career in aesthetics. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others feel their best, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment. This role involves performing injectable and aesthetic treatments, supporting our wellness services, and partnering with our marketing team to showcase the Glow experience through events and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other advanced treatments (training available for the right candidate).
• Assist with patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, and documentation.
• Contribute to marketing and community outreach — including creating content, assisting with events, and helping highlight the Glow experience online.
• Collaborate with the Glow team to ensure exceptional client care and a supportive, professional environment.
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with aesthetic injectables or laser treatments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and patient-relations skills.
• Creative eye for beauty, detail, and results.
• Team player who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Based in Hobbs, NM, or willing to commute.
