Aesthetic Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our innovative team dedicated to enhancing clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Duties

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and treatment planning to ensure personalized care
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential risks to foster informed decision-making
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of treatments administered, patient responses, and follow-up care using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or Cerner
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards during all procedures to guarantee patient safety
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess for adverse reactions during and after treatments; respond promptly to any complications or emergencies
• Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine by participating in ongoing training and certification programs such as esthetic laser treatment or dermal filler techniques

Skills

• Valid nursing license with current registration; experience in dermatology or aesthetic nursing preferred
• Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and artistic judgment
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin biology relevant to aesthetic procedures
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation and patient record management
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, aestheticians, and support staff
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control, aseptic technique, and patient safety at all times

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
