Part-Time | 20+ hours per week | Weekends as needed

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Nurse (RN) with a strong background in aesthetics to join our growing San Diego team. If you’re ready to empower clients through innovative care and work alongside a passionate, agile team—this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as HIFU, Botox, and Microneedling RF.
• Conduct in-depth patient consultations and tailor treatment plans to each client's needs.
• Deliver safe, precise injectable treatments in line with top clinical standards.
• Create a warm, professional environment that makes clients feel supported and confident.
• Document all patient interactions, outcomes, and treatment progress accurately.
• Stay current on industry advancements through workshops and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with our team to develop protocols that reflect the latest in aesthetic innovation.
• Provide exceptional client service that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Current California license: RN
• Proven experience with injectables and aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, HIFU, RF).
• In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and skincare fundamentals.
• Exceptional injection technique with a focus on natural, harmonious results.
• Compassionate, client-focused communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch clinical spa environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday and Tuesday
• Weekends as needed

Compensation & Perks:

• $30.00 – $60.00 per hour, based on Commission.

Preferred Experience:

• In an aesthetics or med spa setting
• Esthetician License (Preferred but not required)
• Day shift availability preferred
