Position Overview

Rehab Reform is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector to join our growing wellness and recovery clinic. This contractual, per-diem position is ideal for a nurse who is a strong team player, reliable, and passionate about aesthetic medicine and patient care.

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will work closely with the clinic owner and licensed aesthetician to deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments while maintaining the exceptional level of service that Rehab Reform is known for. The ideal candidate is confident in administering IV therapy, botulinum toxin injections, and dermal fillers, while also contributing to an organized, patient-focused clinical environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling and commission-based incentives, providing an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to grow in the aesthetics and wellness field.

Key Responsibilities

Administer aesthetic injectable treatments including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers safely and precisely according to established protocols
Perform IV therapy administration and assist with other clinical treatments offered at Rehab Reform
Conduct patient assessments, take vital signs, and assist in determining appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with the provider team
Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring clients understand procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established intake procedures for all patients
Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications, ensuring safety and prompt intervention if necessary
Collaborate with the clinic owner and aesthetician to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and a positive patient experience
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and aseptic technique standards
Ensure the nursing station and treatment supplies are properly stocked, clean, and organized at all times
Stay informed on advancements in aesthetic medicine and injectable techniques.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
Experience administering botulinum toxin and dermal fillers preferred
Experience with IV therapy and venipuncture strongly preferred
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, physiology, and injection safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Passion for aesthetic medicine, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best

Compensation

Contract / Per Diem position
