Hours:

16 to 32 hours per week including one Saturday per month. Must average >30h/week to be eligible for full benefits.

Opening:

Target August/September start date. The position could be filled sooner if an ideal candidate is available.

Job Summary:

Vega Vitality is seeking a qualified lead aesthetic nurse Injector with minimum of two years of experience in aesthetics to lead a fast growing, busy medical spa. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic applicants to join a team of aestheticians and other nurse injectors and provide aesthetic services under the supervision of our onsite physician.

Our current staffing model includes one other NP, one nurse injector, and two licensed aestheticians.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in aesthetic medicine is required.
• Proficiency with neurotoxin, filler, PRP/PRF, and Sculptra is required.
• Active social media engagement.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with current NC state license, in good standing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Provides thorough reviews of patients’ history and screen for possible contraindications to treatment
• Conducts treatment consultations to identify patient goals and determines/recommends services and products to achieve optimal results
• Responsible to ensure patients have fully read, acknowledged, and executed consents prior to treatment
• Attends product and equipment continuing education courses, trainings offered by Vega Vitality and other programs to continually improve knowledge and skills
• Creation of comprehensive treatment plans to help patients reach their aesthetic goals.
• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
• Effectively inform and educate clients about specific aesthetic treatment concerns.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and clinic protocols.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
