Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will independently perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Ez Gel, PRP, BBL HEROic, Moxi Laser, Emsculpt Neo, VI Peels, Weight Loss treatments, and Emsella. As a key member of our team, you will create personalized treatment plans, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to the growth and success of our Medspa.

Responsibilities

• Administer advanced aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators and lasers.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care by ensuring all procedures are performed safely and effectively.
• Sanitate and prepare treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to manage appointments and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Educate clients on additional services, products, and post-treatment care to encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, including color theory and new techniques.

Requirements

• Active Florida State License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum of 3+ years of aesthetic injection experience.
• Certification in aesthetic injectables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
