Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) – High Growth MedSpa | Leadership + Revenue Share

We are a high-volume, physician-led aesthetic practice in Houston seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Injector (2–5 years experience) to join our team and help build the next phase of our medspa growth.

This is not a typical injector role.

You will serve as:

• Lead injector
• Medspa operations coordinator
• Membership program driver
• Key partner to our marketing team

You will be working directly alongside a nationally recognized plastic surgeon and a rapidly growing aesthetic brand with strong internal demand and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments:
• Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
• Dermal fillers
• Basic skin treatments (if trained)
• Conduct consultations and convert patients to treatment plans
• Lead and grow monthly membership program
• Educate patients
• Drive enrollment and retention
• Oversee day-to-day medspa operations
• Coordinate with aesthetician
• Ensure high-end patient experience
• Work closely with marketing director:
• Participate in content creation (video, social media)
• Support campaigns and promotions
• Maintain clinical excellence and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• 2–5 years injectable experience REQUIRED
• Strong aesthetic eye and consultation skills
• Comfortable being on camera (social media content)
• Sales-oriented mindset (this is essential)
• High energy, professional, and growth-focused

Compensation

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
• Injectable revenue commission (6–10%)
• Membership enrollment bonuses
• Medspa performance bonuses

Expected total compensation: $110,000 – $180,000+

Schedule

• Full-time
• Some flexibility depending on patient demand
