Job Description

Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead is seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic, physician-led practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a highly respected medical aesthetic practice known for advanced treatments, patient safety, continuous education, and long-term patient relationships.

We are open to considering:

• An experienced RN injector
• An NP with GLP-1 / medical weight-loss experience

The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, ethical, team-oriented, and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with patients.

We are looking for someone who values long-term patient relationships, ethical treatment recommendations, and natural-looking results.

What We’re Looking For

RN Candidates

• 1-2 years of hands-on injectable experience required
• Experience administering Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra, etc.
• Laser certification or laser experience is a major plus

NP Candidates

• 1-2 years of injectable and/or aesthetic experience strongly preferred
• GLP-1 / medical weight-loss experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing and retaining patients in a wellness or weight-loss program is highly valued
• Laser experience is a plus but not required

Dr. Shannon Maltais, our Medical Director, will oversee treatments and provide guidance, support, and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Performing consultations and developing customized treatment plans
• Administering cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Educating patients on treatment expectations and aftercare
• Building long-term patient relationships and maintaining strong retention
• Documenting treatments accurately and maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Staying current on aesthetic and wellness industry trends
• Assisting with practice growth through patient relationships and community engagement
• Participating in social media content and practice marketing initiatives
• Collaborating with providers and staff to create exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or NP license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Sales or consultative experience is a plus

Schedule

Part-time
24-32 hours per week
