Position Overview

As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) at Hiatus, you will provide advanced cosmetic injections and medical spa treatments while building long-term relationships with patients.

Our injectors take a holistic, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, helping guests achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through thoughtful consultation and customized treatment plans.

You’ll collaborate with top aesthetic brands and industry partners, receive ongoing advanced training, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence in aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments

• Botox and Dysport neurotoxin injections

• Dermal fillers including Juvederm and Restylane

• Sculptra biostimulator treatments

• PRF and EZ Gel regenerative aesthetics

• SkinPen microneedling

• SkinVive treatments

• Medical-grade chemical peels

• Additional aesthetic and regenerative services

Patient Care & Consultation

• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations

• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals

• Educate guests on injectables, skincare, and long-term aesthetic maintenance

• Deliver safe, natural-looking cosmetic results

Practice Growth

• Build and maintain a loyal injectable patient base

• Support patient retention, referrals, and events

• Meet individual revenue and treatment performance goals

• Collaborate with spa teams to support promotions and cross-service referrals

Compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation and charting

• Follow Texas medical spa and aesthetic practice regulations

Who You Are

Our Aesthetic Nurse Injectors are clinically skilled, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience performing Botox, Dysport, and dermal filler injections

• Is passionate about aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injectables

• Enjoys building long-term patient relationships

• Is motivated by performance goals and income growth

• Takes initiative to grow their personal patient base

Experience & Education Requirements

• Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license

• 1+ year injectable experience required (2+ years preferred)

• Experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations

• BLS Certification

Experience in medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine strongly preferred.

Compensation

Hourly Base + Monthly Production Bonus

Total Annual Earnings Potential: $90,000 – $200,000+

Top-performing injectors have strong earning potential based on client retention, treatment volume, and performance bonuses.
