PURE MedSpa at The Aesthetic Institute is offering a unique opportunity for the right Nurse Practitioner to build and expand their practice within one of the East Coast’s premier luxury medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery centers.

This role is ideal for a currently practicing NP who may already have an existing patient following or aesthetic business and wants to continue growing without the burden of overhead, staffing, utilities, equipment costs, or day-to-day operational headaches. Instead of doing it all alone, you can bring your vision under our roof and grow within an established, respected, high-end brand.

About Us

The Aesthetic Institute is home to PURE MedSpa and the Maryland Plastic Surgery Center. For nearly three decades, we have been a leader in aesthetics, wellness, and cosmetic surgery.

Our facility includes:

• 21 exam and treatment rooms
• Dedicated medspa and laser treatment rooms
• More than 20 advanced laser platforms
• Injectable, laser, radio-frequency, ultrasonic, and body contouring technologies
• An on-site, state-licensed and certified ambulatory surgery center

This is an environment where a Nurse Practitioner can truly grow a long-term career in aesthetics, anti-aging, wellness, and cosmetic medicine.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with patients and create customized treatment plans
• Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Provide aesthetic laser treatments including hair removal, resurfacing, rejuvenation, sclerotherapy, and vaginal rejuvenation
• Perform non-surgical body contouring and fat reduction treatments
• Offer weight management services
• Provide bio-identical hormone replacement therapy treatments
• Perform PRP skin rejuvenation and hair restoration treatments
• Coordinate cosmetic surgery patients
• Assist with operating room coverage
• Manage supplies and inventory
• Support clinical studies
• Participate in social media and promotional growth efforts

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

No prior aesthetic experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide the tools, support, and environment needed to succeed.

Compensation

Compensation includes a competitive salary plus bonuses based on production and performance goals.
