Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, dermal laser treatments, and botulinum toxin (Botox) injections with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine suitability for various aesthetic treatments, explaining procedures clearly and managing expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control standards during all treatments to ensure client safety.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and maintenance plans to optimize results and satisfaction.
• Document all procedures accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medical history, treatment details, and follow-up instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clients’ aesthetic goals.
• Stay current with industry advancements, new techniques, and regulatory guidelines to provide the highest quality care.

Skills

• Proven experience in medical office settings with knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.
• 1-2 years of aesthetic experience required. Skilled in performing injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox).
• Familiarity with laser technology used for skin rejuvenation and other esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin biology relevant to aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication abilities.
• Ability to work aseptically in a sterile environment following infection control protocols, knowledge of IV and vitamin injections
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred. Candidates should possess a valid nursing license (RN or APRN), along with certification or training in aesthetic procedures. Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic clinics is highly desirable.
