Nurse Practitioner - Cosmetic Injectables and Lasers , Hormone Therapy/Weight-Loss Mgmt

JOB STATUS: Full Time OR Part Time Monday - Friday

REPORTS TO: MD

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Cosmetic Facial Injectables and Laser platform experience to join our MedSpa practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in MedSpa/Dermatology/Plastic Surgery setting and be willing to attend formal training courses to hone her skillset for the services we will be providing. Candidate must use clinical knowledge to evaluate patient needs, have analytical decision making skills, a great customer care disposition, have high integrity and be a rapid learner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluating patients’ suitability for laser, aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic services
• Operating laser systems (training to be provided)
• Perform aesthetic procedures and treatments, including:
• Facial Injectables (Botox, Juvederm, Kybella)
• BBL – BroadBand Light Photofacials
• Profractional Laser Resurfacing
• RF Microneedling (training to be provided)
• Laser hair removal
• Hormone pellet therapy (training to be provided)
• Weight Loss Management
• Effectively utilize clinical knowledge when determining if appointment is consistent with the diagnosis indicated by the provider or needs detailed by patient
• Act as a liaison with Medical Director to ensure consistent adherence to established patient care standards and facial injectables/laser treatment protocols
• Patient charting - offer clear and consistent documentation of all data related to patient care
• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that organizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Nurse Practitioner requires a Master's Degree (Masters in Science of Nursing) with an active license in the state of Ohio

- Must have prescriptive authority

- Prior MedSpa, Dermatology, Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail

- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals

- Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude essential

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
