Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative skincare and aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, while providing exceptional patient care and consultation. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals confidently and safely, contributing to a vibrant, energetic environment focused on transformation and self-care. Duties

  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and laser therapies with precision and safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess individual aesthetic goals, medical histories, and suitability for various treatments.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation of procedures, patient assessments, and treatment plans in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of infection control using aseptic techniques.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently in a busy clinical setting, including scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating care plans.
  • Stay current with emerging aesthetic technologies, industry best practices, and continuing education requirements to deliver innovative care.

Qualifications

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or advanced training in cosmetic procedures.
  • Proven experience performing Botox (Botulinum toxin) treatments, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic medicine.
  • Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth for accurate documentation.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly about treatment expectations and outcomes.
  • Critical care or hospital experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a background in dermatology or gastroenterology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, infection control protocols, and sterile processing techniques.

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
