The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who enjoys performing treatments and working directly with clients. This role offers a strong mix of laser procedures, advanced skincare, and injectables, with consistent patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of laser treatments, including:
• Laser hair removal
• Skin rejuvenation and pigmentation treatments
• Vascular/vein treatments
• Perform injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport/Xeomin, dermal fillers) based on experience
• Perform medical-grade facials and advanced skincare procedures
• Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on procedures, skincare, and post-care
• Ensure safety protocols and proper use of all devices
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Maryland
• Experience in laser treatments and/or injectables preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing treatments
• Strong aesthetic sense and focus on natural results
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Eager to learn, grow, and expand skills in advanced treatments
