Responsibilities

• Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections safely and effectively, ensuring optimal results tailored to each client’s goals
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and hair transplant with precision and care
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decisions
• Manage client consultations from initial assessment through follow-up appointments, providing personalized recommendations based on individual needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area adhering to strict sanitation standards and safety protocols
• Utilize salon or med spa management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, documentation, and client records management
• Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building a strong online presence to attract new clients
• Upsell products and additional treatments through excellent customer service and product demos to maximize client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in aesthetic procedures; additional certifications in dermal fillers or Botox preferred
• Proven experience with botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care or related cosmetic procedures
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon or med spa software such as Zenoti or MINDBODY
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and guest services is highly desirable
• Ability to perform various lasers and laser treatments
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple appointments efficiently
• Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques and industry trends in med spa settings

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
