Aesthetic Nurse (RN) + Licensed Esthetician (Clinical Facials + Injectables)

Overview

We are seeking a dual-licensed Aesthetic Nurse and Esthetician to deliver refined, results-driven skin treatments in a mobile, in-home setting. This role blends clinical skin expertise with aesthetic medicine, offering clients a seamless experience from advanced facials to injectables when appropriate.

This is a client-facing, experience-driven position requiring both technical skill and a highly polished presence.

Responsibilities

Clinical Facials & Skin Treatments

• Perform customized clinical facials based on individual skin needs
• Provide treatments such as deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and hydration therapies
• Incorporate advanced modalities (chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED, etc. if applicable)
• Educate clients on skincare routines and long-term skin health

Aesthetic Treatments (When Applicable)

• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers (if within scope and requested)
• Conduct facial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Ensure natural, balanced results aligned with client goals

Client Experience

• Create a calm, elevated in-home treatment environment
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and consistency
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Operational

• Maintain sanitation, safety, and proper documentation
• Travel to client locations with necessary equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• Active Florida Esthetician license
• Experience in clinical facials and skincare treatments (non-negotiable)
• Injectable certification and experience preferred (but not required for all appointments)
• Strong understanding of skin health, product recommendations, and treatment planning
• Minimum 2 years experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or med spa environment preferred
• Reliable transportation for mobile services
• Professional, polished, and client-centered presence

Compensation (Contractor)

• Facials: $60–$100 per service
• Injectables: 20–30% commission per treatment
• Tips + performance incentives possible

Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
