Aesthetic Nurse (RN / NP) – Injectables & Laser

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Injectable Aesthetic Nurse (RN or NP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is confident in facial anatomy, committed to natural-looking results, and comfortable working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

This position is ideal for an injector who values quality over volume and wants to grow with a well-structured, ethical practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesInjectables

Fluent in both Chinese and English.

• Perform neuromodulator injections (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
• Perform dermal filler treatments (if experienced)
• Educate patients on treatment expectations and aftercare

Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

• Perform laser and energy-based treatments (training provided if needed)
• Assess skin type and indications for safe laser treatment
• Select appropriate parameters under medical protocols
• Monitor skin response and ensure patient safety

Clinical & Team Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and infection control
• Collaborate with aestheticians, nurses, and management
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Qualifications

• Active California RN or NP license (in good standing)
• Injectable experience required (neuromodulators; fillers preferred)
• Laser experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience preferred
