Aesthetic PA/NP

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Aesthetic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by performing advanced aesthetic procedures, including Botox and dermal fillers, while providing personalized consultations. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine suitability for aesthetic treatments.
• Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
• Manage patient documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Athenahealth, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in developing customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and aesthetic desires.
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, sterile processing, and specimen collection when necessary.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high standards of infection control, aseptic technique, and overall patient safety during all procedures.

Experience

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with relevant certification in aesthetics or dermatology preferred.
• Proven experience in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers in a clinical setting.
• Strong background in medical office procedures, including medical documentation, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and utilization review.
• Prior experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of laser technology applications for esthetic purposes and familiarity with advanced skin rejuvenation techniques preferred.
• Experience in managing patient care within a fast-paced environment including outpatient clinics or specialized aesthetic practices.
• Additional skills in ultrasound-guided procedures, IV infusion therapy, or laser treatments are advantageous but not required. Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
