We are looking for a professional and organized receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support basic accounting tasks in our medical clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
- Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Handle billing, invoicing, cash/card payments, and daily financial reconciliation.
- Assist with insurance submissions and follow-up (if required).
- Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical clinic.
- Strong accounting skills and experience handling payments.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
