Position Overview:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED (2–3 years minimum) Aesthetic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to perform non-surgical aesthetic consultations and treatments independently, and in collaboration with our medical director. This hands-on clinical role focuses on delivering outstanding patient outcomes and exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with full facial balancing treatments with HA filler, Sculptra, Dysport / Botox, and is comfortable in front of a camera and with good social media presence.

We are looking to hire in Summer 2026 (June, onwards). Applicants must be okay with working one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers (e.g., Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra)
• Perform treatments including BBL, HALO, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, and other laser and light therapies
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and photography
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care and build lasting patient relationships
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and clinical innovation
• Contribute to content creation and social media engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Current California PA or NP license in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
• Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
• Attention to detail, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Enthusiastic about continued learning and growth in aesthetics
• Interest in or experience with social media and brand promotion is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
