Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including waxing, eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, and facials with precision and care.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing education on topics like facials, eyebrows, lashes and body waxing techniques.
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build community loyalty.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing guest flow seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Valid Aesthetics license or esthetician certification with experience in waxing, facials, lash extensions, and brow shaping.
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa or salon setting.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Skills in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online.
