Position Overview:

Marotta Medspa is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-led medical aesthetics and longevity practice located in the Americana Manhasset professional offices. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who values clinical excellence, thoughtful patient care, and working within a structured, compliant, and premium practice environment. You will practice at the top of your license with direct physician oversight, clear protocols, and strong operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care

• Perform patient consultations and follow-ups
• Deliver medical aesthetic and wellness treatments within scope
• Administer injectable therapies and other approved procedures
• Participate in IV therapy oversight and wellness services
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

Collaboration & Oversight

• Work closely with the Medical Director and clinical team
• Adhere to established protocols and delegation guidelines
• Participate in chart reviews and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to a consistent, premium patient experience

Practice Environment:

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary

• Competitive full-time base salary
• Aligned with experience and scope of practice

Generous Productivity Bonus (Quarterly)

Qualifications Required:

• PA-C or NP certification
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience with injectables or aesthetic devices
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Professional demeanor and patient-centered approach
• Experience or strong interest in:
• Wellness / longevity medicine

Preferred

• Experience in IV therapy, hormone optimization, or PRP
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, premium outpatient setting

Schedule:

• Full-time
• No hospital call
• Consistent outpatient schedule
