Candidate Requirements

- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and a passion for aesthetics

- Portfolio of before-and-after photos showcasing your work (or willingness to build one as you grow)

- Personable and likable presence, comfortable with media use and social content creation

Commitment to self-investment in training and professional development prior to clinic-sponsored training

- Willingness to sign a training agreement for advanced education provided by the clinic (USA, UK, and other states)

- Long-term commitment to the clinic’s growth and client success

We are seeking a motivated Aesthetic Injector (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, eager to learn advanced techniques, and committed to building long-term client relationships.

This role offers a tiered compensation structure with opportunities for growth, advanced training, and performance-based bonuses. We will invest in your professional development, including advanced injectable training (e.g., facial balancing), with a retention agreement to ensure mutual commitment.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and referrals

- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with medical protocols

Qualifications

- Active license as a **PA, NP, or RN** (required)

- Previous experience in aesthetics or injectables preferred.

- Strong interest in advanced aesthetics, including facial balancing

- Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach

- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to long-term growth

- Social media presence or willingness to participate in marketing efforts is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly Rate:$50–80/hr, based on experience, training completion, and performance
