**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced MedSpa Sales Coordinator & Esthetician to take the lead in business development and operations for our new medical spa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends and effective marketing strategies, and understanding of medical medspa operations

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the business development initiatives to drive growth and success.

- Oversee the daily operations of the medical spa, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.

- Manage follow-ups on sales and social media promotions to enhance client engagement.

- Schedule appointments for medical beauty services and ensure optimal client satisfaction.

- Handle stocking and inventory management to maintain seamless operations.

- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales and revenue.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver a comprehensive spa experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Licensed Esthetician ( Preferred) with a solid background in the beauty and cosmetics industry.

- Strong experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation.

- Expertise in social media marketing and content creation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.

- Current knowledge of beauty trends and the healthcare field.
