Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads generated through various marketing channels via phone.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our aesthetic services to potential clients.
- Close sales by addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role in the aesthetics, medical or beauty industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of aesthetic services and trends.
- Excellent phone communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary:
AED 3,5000 to 5,000 + comission per month (depending on experience)
