Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Administer advanced procedures while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos that align with clients’ skincare goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize clinic software for scheduling appointments, client records, and sales tracking efficiently.
• Engage actively in social media management to promote services, share client success stories, and grow our community presence.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively, addressing questions thoroughly, and upselling suitable treatments or products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist at the front desk with check-in/check-out procedures, appointment confirmations, and general customer inquiries.
• Stay current with industry trends including care techniques, and the latest esthetic laser technologies.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty/skin care role within a med spa or clinic environment.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong social media management skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of advanced skincare procedures including dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and laser treatments is essential.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to build lasting client relationships.
• Prior retail sales experience with a focus on upselling premium products is highly valued.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
