Aesthetician

Job Summary

Our start-up medical spa is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented Aesthetician to help launch and grow the practice.

In this dual role, you will provide elective skincare services within the scope of your Florida esthetician license while delivering an exceptional patient experience through education, treatment planning, and skincare product recommendations.

You will also support medical aesthetic treatments under the supervision and delegation of the practice’s licensed providers and Medical Director, Dr. Jonathan Cook.

This position is based in a medical spa environment, focused on non-surgical aesthetic services.

• Confident in skincare treatments, product recommendations, and patient education
• Sales-minded, with the ability to recommend and convert treatment plans and retail
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to a high level of patient care
• A team player with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset
